FinPak

Harmony’s FinPak eases the complex task of budgeting in social service organizations by providing a robust set of tools that completely organize and automate the budgeting process.  FinPak integrates social service client management processes—including critical budget and expenditure data—in a fully automated package of tools.  Integration with SAMS offers easy, real time comparison of actual service delivery expenses with budgets created in FinPak. FinPak also provides an extensive reporting and import/export capability.

Most users find that FinPak's easy to use, web oriented interface has been designed differently from the other products in the Harmony software suite. FinPak screens function as a colorful and intuitive web site, using hyperlinks to connect different areas of the program. At log in, the program will bring users to FinPak's Home Page. From there, hyperlinks let users easily navigate to the Category and Budget areas to setup and create budgets, quickly and easily.
